IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Activity Consent & Liability Waiver: You hereby give permission for your child to participate in the activities offered during Junior Golf Academy at Nehoiden Golf Club at Wellesley College and give permission for your child to ride in a vehicle and/or golf cart driven by the staff of Nehoiden Golf Club at Wellesley College. In consideration of your child's participation in Junior Golf Academy at Nehoiden Golf Club at Wellesley College, you, now and forever, release Wellesley College, its trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, students, student associations, participating organizations, sponsors, vendors, program participants, agents and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties) from and against any causes of action, claims or demands of any nature that may result from or be connected in any way to your child’s participation in Junior Golf Academy. You understand that the risks of Junior Golf Academy may include loss, injury, death, or property damage caused by accident or illness, the forces of nature, and other hazards that are unknown, and accept these risks. You further agree not to sue and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellesley College. It is also our express intent that this Release shall bind your spouse, family members, heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and assigns. You expressly agree that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Image Release: You hereby authorize Nehoiden Golf Club at Wellesley College to record in any media your child's participation in Junior Golf Academy to be used for educational, archival, or marketing purposes and agree that all property rights belong to Wellesley College. These images may be distributed via print or digital media including without limitation the Nehoiden Golf Club website or social media. While it is the intent of Wellesley College to use the recordings for the purposes stated, you understand and agree the recordings may be used for any purpose Wellesley College deems fit.

Safety & Covid-19 Policies: You acknowledge you have read the Safety and COVID-19 Practices set forth for the Jr Golf Academy at Nehoiden Golf Club at Wellesley College and give permission for your child to participate in the activities offered. You acknowledge that you have spoken with your child about their need to comply with the specific rules and requirements outlined HERE.

Cancellation policy: Junior Golf Programs are in very high demand.  In order to maintain fairness across the registration process, we have a strict cancellation policy: Cancellations more than 2 weeks in advance of a session start date will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than two weeks of a session start date will result in no refund, regardless of whether the spot can be filled. If Nehoiden Junior Golf Academy cancels a program, a full refund will be issued. All instructional programming is held rain or shine; however, should a session be canceled as a result of severe weather and/or unsafe conditions, a weather alert email will be sent. There are no make-up dates or refunds for cancellations due to severe weather.

** Please note that all participants of Summer Junior Golf will be required to submit their medical record as well as obtain a doctor's note clearing them for camp.  More instructions will be sent after registration.  In order to give us time to review medical records, we require that all paperwork be received no later than May 1; failure to comply with this requirement will result in cancellation of the participant's enrollment with no refund. **
